Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all products and services offered by Purgeieankleur, including digital workbooks, educational guides, structured programs, consulting sessions, and personalized routine plans. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Digital Products

2.1 Eligibility

Digital products, including workbooks, guides, and downloadable materials, are eligible for a full refund if the request is submitted within 14 days of the purchase date and the product has not been substantially accessed or downloaded.

2.2 Conditions

  • Refund requests must include your order number, purchase date, and the email address used during checkout
  • If you have downloaded or accessed more than 25 percent of the digital content, the purchase may not be eligible for a full refund
  • Bundle purchases are evaluated as a whole; partial refunds for individual items within a bundle are not available unless specified at the time of purchase

2.3 Processing

Approved digital product refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

3. Programs and Challenges

3.1 7-Day Foundation Program

Full refund available if requested within 7 days of enrollment and before completing more than 2 daily modules.

3.2 21-Day Habit Builder Program

Full refund available if requested within 14 days of enrollment and before completing more than 5 daily modules. After 14 days or completion of more than 5 modules, no refund is available.

3.3 Seasonal Reset Program

Full refund available within 7 days of the program start date if no modules have been accessed.

3.4 Family Evening Planning Program

Full refund available within 14 days of enrollment if fewer than 3 modules have been accessed.

3.5 General Program Terms

Program access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or program materials with non-enrolled individuals voids refund eligibility. Community forum access is revoked upon refund approval.

4. Consulting Sessions

4.1 Cancellation Before Session

Consulting sessions may be cancelled and fully refunded if the cancellation request is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are eligible for a 50 percent refund or rescheduling at no additional charge, at our discretion.

4.2 No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable. We will attempt to contact you at the scheduled time using the contact information provided during booking.

4.3 Completed Sessions

Consulting sessions that have been completed, including delivery of the written summary document, are not eligible for refunds. If you are dissatisfied with a completed session, contact us to discuss your concerns. We may offer a follow-up consultation at reduced cost at our discretion.

4.4 Personalized Plans

Personalized routine plans delivered as part of a consulting package follow the same refund terms as the associated consulting session. Once the written plan document has been delivered, the plan portion of the purchase is non-refundable.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Products or services purchased more than 30 days ago, regardless of usage
  • Digital products that have been fully downloaded or accessed
  • Completed consulting sessions and delivered personalized plans
  • Program enrollments where the participant has exceeded the module access thresholds described above
  • Purchases made during promotional sales where the refund terms were explicitly modified at the time of purchase
  • Gift purchases redeemed by the recipient

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to admin@purgeieankleur.world with the subject line Refund Request
  2. Include your full name, order number or transaction ID, purchase date, and the product or service for which you are requesting a refund
  3. Provide a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request
  4. Allow up to 5 business days for our team to review and respond to your request

Alternatively, you may submit a refund request through our Contact page, selecting refund as the topic of your inquiry.

We review all refund requests individually and respond with an approval, partial approval, or denial with explanation. Denied requests include the specific reason for denial and information about any alternative options available.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue through our refund process may result in suspension of your account and denial of future purchases.

If a chargeback is filed, we will provide the payment processor with relevant transaction records, delivery confirmation for digital products, and session attendance records for consulting services.

8. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We may grant exceptions to this Refund Policy in cases of documented technical issues that prevented access to purchased content, billing errors, duplicate charges, or other circumstances we determine to be fair and reasonable.
